Prices are per shirt on Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton or Gildan Softstyle (+$3 per shirt) with a one-side print. Rush fee already included — you don't pay extra for speed.

Same-day printing FAQ
+ How fast is same-day t-shirt printing, really?
If your order and print-ready artwork are in before 1:00 PM on a weekday, most digital (DTG) and heat-transfer jobs up to about 50 shirts are ready the same afternoon. Call (720) 296-2191 first so we can confirm the day's queue.
+ What's the minimum order for same-day shirts?
One shirt. There's no setup fee and no minimum on direct-to-garment printing, which is why rush and one-off orders work here.
+ What file should I send?
PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi, or vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). A phone photo of a logo works to start, but we may need to redraw it — that adds time and cost.
+ Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes, on most 100% cotton or high-cotton blends. We'll test one first. We can't guarantee results on unknown performance fabrics or previously printed garments.
+ Do you print same-day on weekends?
Saturdays 9am–4pm, subject to the queue. Call ahead Saturday morning — that's our busiest walk-in day.
