We review the files and email a digital production proof at no charge. Nothing goes on film until you reply with an approval.

Standard production is 2-3 business days after approval. Rush service is available at checkout if your deadline is tighter.

Rolled FedEx shipment
Sheets ship rolled in a rigid tube or box with the FedEx service you chose at checkout, so the film arrives flat-pressing and crease-free.
Proof included, layout help optional
Included with every order: a digital production proof showing exactly how your sheet will print. Printing starts only after you approve it, and there is no charge for it.
Optional add-on: if you would rather send loose files and have our team nest and arrange them for the best yield, add gang sheet layout for $25.00 per order. That is a design service, not a proof fee.

File setup
Transparent PNG at 300 dpi is ideal, and PDF, AI, EPS and SVG all work. Submit each design at its final press size and do not mirror it — we handle that. The artwork preparation guide covers backgrounds, resolution and spacing.

+ Do you ship DTF transfers to every state?
Yes. Every sheet is printed at our Aurora, Colorado shop and shipped by FedEx anywhere in the United States. Live FedEx rates for your address are calculated at checkout before you pay, so there is no shipping surprise afterward. Sheets go out rolled in a rigid tube or box, never folded.
+ How long does a nationwide order take?
Standard production is 2-3 business days after you approve your proof, and FedEx transit time is added on top based on the service you pick at checkout. Turnaround is measured from proof approval, not from when you place the order, so replying to the proof email quickly is the fastest way to get your sheets moving.
+ Is there a minimum order for gang sheets?
No minimum. You can order a single 23" x 12" sheet at $18.00 or a 23" x 240" (20 ft) roll — the price is set by sheet length, not by how many designs you nest on it.
+ What garments and fabrics do these transfers press onto?
DTF transfers press onto 100% cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, fleece, canvas totes and most structured hats. Because the design carries its own white underbase, colors stay opaque on dark garments without a separate underbase screen.
+ Is the proof included, or is that the $25 charge?
The proof is included and free. We email a digital production proof of your sheet layout before anything is printed, and we only print after you approve it. The $25.00 charge is a separate optional design service for customers who send loose files and want us to nest and arrange the sheet for them. If your artwork is already laid out, you never pay it.
+ What if my shipment arrives damaged or something looks wrong?
Take photos of the packaging and the sheets before pressing anything, then call (720) 296-2191 or email info@arifprinting.com the same day with your order number. We will look at the proof you approved next to what arrived and sort out a reprint or a replacement shipment from there.
+ Can I reorder the same sheet later?
Yes. We keep your approved production file on record, so a repeat run can be placed by phone or by re-uploading the same artwork at checkout. Reorders go through the same proof step so you can confirm nothing changed.
