Materials

Which window film does what

Most storefronts use two or three of these together: lettering on the main glass, hours on the door, and frosted film wherever you want privacy.

Square-foot options are quoted after we measure the glass, because pane sizes and the amount of coverage drive the price more than anything else. Design work on a new layout starts at $45 and you approve a proof before we cut or print.

What you get

Included with a storefront job

  • On-site measure of every pane before anything is printed or cut
  • A digital proof you approve first, laid out to your actual glass sizes
  • UV-stable inks and films rated for Colorado sun on exterior glass
  • Installation by our own crew across Aurora and the Denver metro
  • Removal of old vinyl on the glass, quoted with the new install
  • Free artwork cleanup — we redraw low-res logos so letters cut cleanly

Before you order

What to send for a storefront quote

Call, text or email these and we can price the job without a site visit in most cases.

  • Width and height of each pane of glass you want covered
  • A straight-on photo of the storefront or the door
  • Which option you want — lettering, perf, frosted film or a mix
  • Artwork or logo, ideally vector AI, EPS or PDF for cut lettering
  • The exact copy you want on the glass: name, phone, website, hours
  • The date it needs to be up — grand openings drive the schedule

Questions

Window graphics FAQ

+ How much do storefront window graphics cost?

Cut-vinyl storefront lettering typically runs $150–$400 installed, depending on the size of the copy and how complex the layout is. Frosted privacy film and full window perf are quoted by the square foot after we measure the glass.

+ Do you install window graphics, or is it pickup only?

Our crew installs storefront lettering, window graphics and wall signage across Aurora and the Denver metro. Smaller decals — door hours, a logo on a single pane — can be picked up on Chambers Road if you would rather apply them yourself.

+ Can people still see out through perforated window film?

Yes. Perforated film is a see-through vinyl: your graphic reads from the street while staff inside still see out. Frosted film does the opposite — it blocks the view for privacy on conference rooms, bathrooms and offices.

+ What do you need from me to quote a storefront?

Measurements of each pane of glass, a photo of the storefront straight on, your artwork or logo, and the date you need it up. With those four things we can give you a real number instead of a callback.

+ What artwork works for cut vinyl lettering?

Vector artwork — AI, EPS or PDF — because the letters are physically cut from vinyl. A high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine for printed film and murals. If your logo only exists as a low-res image, we clean it up or redraw it; simple layout work starts at $45 and you approve a proof first.

+ Will vinyl damage my windows when it comes off?

Removal from glass is clean when the film is taken off properly, and we handle removals of old graphics as part of a new install. Tell us if there is existing vinyl on the glass so it is included in the quote.
