Details that matter

Why our stitching holds up

Most embroidery complaints come from three things: bad digitizing, wrong backing, and cheap thread. We control all three.

In-house digitizing

We build your stitch file ourselves and test-sew it before production. Small text gets redrawn so it stays legible instead of turning to mush.

Correct backing

Cutaway on knits, tearaway on stable wovens, topping on fleece and towels. Wrong backing is why logos pucker after washing.

Polyester thread

Colorfast and bleach-tolerant, which matters for restaurant and medical uniforms that get laundered hard every week.

Questions

Embroidery FAQ

+ What's the minimum for custom embroidery?

One piece on hats. Six pieces on polos, jackets and bags. Digitizing is a one-time charge per logo, then reorders are just the per-piece price.

+ What is digitizing and why does it cost extra?

Your logo has to be converted into stitch instructions — path, direction, density and underlay. It's a one-time $25–$45 setup per logo, and we keep the file so every reorder skips it.

+ How long does embroidery take?

5–7 business days standard from art approval, including digitizing. Rush available on hats and small runs — call to check the machine schedule.

+ Embroidery or printing for uniforms?

Embroidery for polos, hats, jackets, aprons and anything that reads as professional or gets washed constantly. Printing for tees, hoodies and large full-color graphics.

+ Can you embroider garments I bring in?

Usually yes. Bring one sample first — thin performance fabrics, waterproof shells and lined jackets each need different backing, and some can't be hooped safely.
