1. Measure & design
We measure the real panels or work from your dimensions and photos, then lay the design out around the window and hatch. You approve a proof rendered on your truck — nothing prints before that.
Denver Metro · Installed in Aurora
Step vans, box trucks and concession trailers wrapped in-house on Chambers Road — printed, laminated and installed by the same crew, with price ranges published instead of hidden behind a form.
Wrap pricing
Food trucks, step vans and box trucks share the same tier. Ranges cover design, print, lamination and installation; final price depends on coverage and how much the serving window, hatches and diamond plate interrupt the panels.
| Vehicle | Full wrap | Partial wrap | Lettering only |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cargo van / step van | $2,500 – $3,500 | $1,000 – $1,600 | $400 – $800 |
| Box truck / food truck body | $2,500 – $3,500 | $1,000 – $1,600 | $400 – $800 |
| Concession trailer | quoted by panel size | quoted by panel size | $400 – $800 |
| Support truck / SUV | $2,200 – $3,200 | $900 – $1,400 | $350 – $650 |
Specialty films — chrome, color-shift, textured carbon — carry a premium. Design work on a brand-new layout is quoted separately and approved before print. Trailers are measured panel by panel, so send dimensions or bring it by.

How it comes together
We measure the real panels or work from your dimensions and photos, then lay the design out around the window and hatch. You approve a proof rendered on your truck — nothing prints before that.
Printed on cast vinyl and laminated in-house, usually one to two days. Doing both here is why the same colors repeat exactly if you wrap a second truck later.
Trim and handles come off, panels go on, every edge gets post-heated, and the wrap cures before the truck leaves. Budget a full day at the shop for this stage.
Questions
A food truck or step van sits in our cargo van and box truck tier: $2,500–$3,500 for a full wrap, $1,000–$1,600 for a partial, and $400–$800 for commercial lettering only. Concession trailers are quoted the same way, by panel size and coverage.
Plan on 2–4 days for a full wrap: one day for design and proofing, one to two days to print and laminate, and one day for install and cure. Lettering and partials are often same-week or next-day. Book around a slow day — the truck stays with us for the install.
Yes. Serving windows, hatches, doors and diamond plate all change how a layout is built, which is exactly why we proof on your actual vehicle before printing. We wrap up to the window frames and can add see-through perforated film on the glass itself.
Yes — many trucks start with lettering, a logo and a menu panel and add full coverage later. Menu panels are often printed as rigid boards or banners instead of vinyl on the truck skin so you can update prices without touching the wrap.
We print on cast vinyl with UV laminate rated 5–7 years in Colorado sun. Trucks parked outdoors year-round through hail and high UV are the hardest case, so covered parking helps and we post-heat every edge and recess so corners don't lift.
Vector artwork — AI, EPS or PDF — plus any photos at full resolution. Send straight-on photos of every side of the truck and its measurements, and we build the layout to the real panels. Design on a brand-new layout is quoted separately and approved before print.
