+ What artwork should I send for sublimation printing?
Send the highest-resolution artwork you have and tell us the intended print size. Vector artwork is helpful for logos, while a high-resolution PNG, JPG or PDF can work for full-color and photo designs. We review the file before production and will explain if it needs changes.
+ What materials work best for sublimation?
Sublimation works best on white or light-colored polyester fabric and on polyester-coated, sublimation-ready items. The item and coating must be suitable for the heat-transfer process, so we confirm compatibility before quoting customer-supplied pieces.
+ Can I bring my own mugs, apparel or other items?
Ask us before bringing customer-supplied items. We need to confirm the material, coating, shape and available print area first. Some items that look similar are not made for sublimation and may not accept the print correctly.
+ Can sublimation print full-color artwork or photos?
Yes. Sublimation is suited to full-color graphics, gradients and photo-style artwork on compatible polyester or polyester-coated items. Final appearance depends on the artwork, item color, material and printable area.
+ Can I pick up my order in Aurora or have it shipped?
