How pricing works
Banners are priced by the square foot
Multiply width by height in feet to get square feet. The rate per square foot drops as the banner gets bigger, and every banner has a $60.00 minimum. These are the same rules our online banner configurator uses at checkout.
| Total size | 13 oz vinyl | 15 oz premium vinyl | Mesh banner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 12 sq ft | $11.00 / sq ft | $13.75 / sq ft | $16.50 / sq ft |
| 12 to under 25 sq ft | $7.50 / sq ft | $9.38 / sq ft | $11.25 / sq ft |
| 25 sq ft and up | $5.25 / sq ft (min $180.00) | $6.56 / sq ft (min $225.00) | $7.88 / sq ft (min $270.00) |

Ways to keep the cost down
- Size up to the next tier when you're close — the rate per square foot drops.
- Use 13 oz vinyl unless the banner lives outside long-term or in heavy wind.
- Send print-ready artwork so you don't need paid layout time.
- Order before you're in a rush, so you skip the rush charge.
