Prices include a Gildan 5000 blank and full-color DTF printing — no setup fee and no screen charges. Premium and performance blanks are priced separately at checkout. Orders over 500 pieces can request a custom production quote so we can schedule press time.

Bulk custom t-shirt questions
+ What is your minimum for bulk custom t-shirts?
There is no minimum. Pricing is tiered by the total number of shirts, printed one side: $25 each for 1–11, $22 for 12–23, $19 for 24–49, $15 for 50–99, $12 for 100 or more. Front + back printing uses the higher column in the table above. Orders over 500 pieces can request a custom production quote so we can schedule press time.
+ How fast can you print 100+ shirts?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after art approval. We have capacity for 100+ shirts per day, so most bulk orders ship or are ready for pickup within a week. Rush is available for an additional fee — call first to reserve machine time.
+ How do Denver-area customers get bulk shirt orders?
Every order can be picked up free at our Aurora shop. Eligible orders can also ship via FedEx to any Colorado address at the live rate shown at checkout. We don't run a separate delivery service.
+ What printing methods do you use?
We use direct-to-film (DTF) and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for full-color, no-minimum orders. DTF is best for bulk runs, poly blends, and designs that need to pop on any fabric color.
+ Can you print on styles other than t-shirts?
Yes — hoodies, long sleeves, tank tops, polo shirts, hats and tote bags. Hoodies and premium blanks are priced separately. Send your style request and we'll quote it.
+ Do you offer bulk pricing for resellers or print shops?
Yes. If you regularly need 100+ pieces or gang sheets for your own press, call us about reseller and wholesale pricing on DTF transfers and finished apparel.
