How same-day printing works (and the 1 PM cutoff)
Same-day is real, but it is not automatic. Here is what has to be true for an order to finish today, and how to give yours the best shot.

Why the 1:00 PM cutoff exists
A same-day job needs time to check the artwork, pull the right garments, print, cure and pack before we close. Orders in before 1:00 PM on a weekday leave enough of the afternoon to finish properly instead of rushing.
The cutoff is not a guarantee — it depends on how full the queue already is that day. That is why we always ask you to call first.
What has to be true for same-day
- Order and artwork arrive before 1:00 PM on a weekday
- Artwork is print-ready — high resolution, final text, no changes pending
- Garments in your sizes and color are in stock
- You called and we confirmed today's queue has room
What slows an order down
Most delays come from artwork: low-resolution logos pulled from a website, last-minute text changes, or files we have to rebuild. Unusual garment colors or sizes can also push a job to the next day.
Sending a clean file is the single best thing you can do. Our artwork preparation guide covers what we need. See prices and quantities on the same-day t-shirt printing page, or order ahead with custom t-shirts online.
