How to order
From roster to pressed shirts
Four steps, no surprises. Nothing prints until you sign off on the layout.
1. Collect sizes & names
Decide print sizes for youth and adult garments and finalize the name/number list. Late changes after proof approval mean a new sheet.
2. Send print-ready art
Transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized at final print size, about 0.25" apart. Uploads are private — only shop staff can open them.
3. Approve the proof
We nest everything on the 23-inch sheet and send a production proof for approval, including a downloadable PDF.
4. Pick up or ship (2-3 business days)
Sheets ship rolled, not folded, by FedEx with live rates, or wait for pickup at the Aurora shop.
Pressing them yourselves? Use our approved settings on the pressing instructions page — 300–310°F, medium pressure, 10–15 seconds, cold peel, 5 second finish press — and test one garment first because presses and fabrics vary.

School & team DTF FAQ
+ Is the proof included, or is that the $25 charge?
The proof is included and free. We email a digital production proof of your sheet layout before anything is printed, and we only print after you approve it. The $25.00 charge is a separate optional design service for customers who send loose files and want us to nest and arrange the sheet for them. If your artwork is already laid out, you never pay it.
+ Can we put player names and numbers on one gang sheet?
Yes. A gang sheet is priced by length, not by design count, so a full roster of names and numbers can be nested on the same 23" sheet as your logo and mascot art. Send each name sized at final print size and we will lay it out.
+ Do we have to order a minimum quantity?
No minimum. A single 23" x 12" sheet at $18.00 is a valid order, which makes DTF practical for a small club or a late add-on player.
+ Can you press the shirts for us, or do we press them?
Either way. Order transfers and press them yourselves with your own press, or order finished printed shirts and hoodies from the shop and we press them here.
+ Will the transfers work on jerseys and performance fabric?
DTF presses onto cotton, polyester and blends, including most performance jerseys. Some polyester and sublimated fabrics are heat sensitive and can scorch or show press marks, so always test one garment from the same lot before running the full set.
+ How long does an order take?
Production is 2-3 business days after you approve the free digital production proof. Build the timeline back from your game, tryout or event date, and call (720) 296-2191 first if the date is tight so we can tell you honestly whether it fits the queue.
+ Can the school or district be invoiced or use a PO?
Online orders are paid by card at checkout. If your district or organization needs another arrangement, call the shop at (720) 296-2191 and ask — we will tell you what we can actually do rather than promise terms in advance.
+ We only have a logo image, not print-ready files. Can you help?
Yes. Layout and nesting help is a $25.00 flat add-on at checkout — send your files and we will arrange and space them on the sheet. Artwork still needs to be high enough resolution to print cleanly at final size; see our artwork guide for the specifics.
