How print credit works
Simple rules, written down
Credit is issued each paid month and applied by the shop to eligible printing when we build your order or invoice.
Issued monthly
Every paid membership month adds that plan's credit to your member account. Your dashboard shows the balance.
Rolls over for up to 90 days
Unused credit rolls forward inside its expiration window, up to the maximum stored balance set for your plan. It is never unlimited.
Eligible printing only
Credit applies to eligible Arif printing. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and some items may be excluded — ask us before a large job.

Membership FAQ
+ What is the Arif Print Club?
It is a monthly membership for businesses that print all year. You pick the plan that matches how you actually use printing, we keep your artwork on file, and you get monthly print credit plus member pricing on eligible printing.
+ How does monthly print credit work?
Each paid month adds credit to your member account. The shop applies that credit to eligible printing when we build your order or invoice. Credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
+ Does my credit expire?
Yes. Credit is granted with an expiration window — currently 90 days from the month it is issued — and your member dashboard shows both your balance and anything expiring soon.
+ Can credit roll over?
Unused credit rolls forward inside its expiration window, up to the maximum stored balance set for your plan. It is never unlimited.
+ Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your membership yourself from your member dashboard. You keep access through the period you already paid for; unused credit ends when the membership ends.
+ Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Change plans from your member dashboard or call the shop and we will move you. Credit already issued stays on your account inside its expiration window.
+ Can I use my membership on any product?
Credit and member pricing apply to eligible printing. The shop keeps the eligible and excluded product list up to date, and some items — such as shipping, outsourced work or design fees — may be excluded. Ask us before a large job if you are unsure.
+ Does my membership include design?
Plans that list design requests include simple changes: swapping a date, phone number, price, photo, resizing existing artwork or updating event information. New logos, full branding systems, complex illustration and large campaigns are quoted separately.
+ Do membership discounts stack with loyalty discounts?
By default they do not stack — on any order you get the better of your member benefit or your loyalty/referral reward, not both. The shop controls this rule and will tell you which one was applied.
+ Can I use my membership for events?
Yes. Vendor Club is built for it, and any plan can put credit toward event banners, table signs, flyers and menus.
+ Can Arif save my artwork?
Yes. Files you send us stay on your member account so reorders do not start from scratch. Your files are private to your account.
+ Can I reorder old jobs?
Yes. Your member dashboard lists your previous orders so you can reorder, change quantity, or ask for an update to the artwork.
+ Does membership guarantee same-day production?
No. Membership does not guarantee same-day production. Production remains subject to our production queue, proof approval, material availability and job complexity.
